Wonderful
We have stayed at other Tru locations and like this one they are always consistently clean and comfortable. Very nice customer service. Clean, comfy rooms. Delicious breakfast. This location is conveniently located very close to Hershey Park. Would stay again for sure!

Money down the drain
Never got the chance to stay. We attended the RV show and had the room reserved for the 13th but my wife was run over by a golf cart. We spent from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m. in the emergency room . She sustained breaks to both ankles, a facial fracture and numerous abrasions. So, we spent nearly $400 on a room we never used.

Clean, Modern and A Great Place To Stay!
We love the Tru brand and have stayed at other locations before. Everything is clean and modern without being too luxurious, which would drive up the cost. It's a great place to lay your head down for the night and enjoy some down time if that's what you're looking for. The Hershey location is no exception. While I did think some parts of our bathroom were aging prematurely, the rest of the property and room were in perfect condition. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. There was ample parking and we could not hear the noise from Chocolate Ave, which was a problem at the last place we stayed in Hershey. Overall, we were absolutely please and would not hesitate to stay here again - in fact we already have plans to!

overall we enjoyed our stay. Were disappointed that there was no safe in the room for personal belongings. Not used to have to ask for maid service. I like it better if you tell them not to come in when you don't want it. The staff was professional and very accommodating.
