Great hotel and friendly staff
This is one of our preferred hotels in Flag. Comfortable rooms, reasonable rate, and always clean and friendly/helpful staff.

Comfy and clean
I had never stayed at a Sleep Inn before but booked it because of the reviews and pictures and I was not lead astray. I really enjoyed my stay. First time traveling by myself and the hospitality was great, they made me feel very welcomed. The room was a small king sized bed that was very cozy and I loved it. I kept referring to the hotel as my home without meaning to. On the first night my toilet wouldn’t flush properly but the staff was very accommodating and fixed it quickly. The breakfast area was small and a little awkward trying to work around other quests but otherwise the food was good. The location was very nice too. Literally you can walk across the street to the Walmart and it’s close by restaurants, shops, and the interstate. The only complaint I had was the fact I was at the VERY back of the hotel. There is a side entrance that lead straight to my room but since I was by myself I did not feel comfortable using it. Otherwise, it would be very convenient for others. Overall, great stay and I would highly recommend staying at Sleep Inn when going to Flagstaff!

Great hotel
We were only in town for one night, but the staff is so accommodating and informative that we will surely be back. The bathroom very comfortable and linens very nice. The pool was perfect for our very young children, and breakfast was perfect.

Rating is for Comfort Inn- Sleep Inn Overbooked Us
I cannot give a survey about this hotel as I didn't get to stay in it. I paid for our room the night before. When we arrived, they said they overbooked. So, they set us up at their sister hotel down the street, The Comfort Inn ( 2355 S Beulah Blvd). They said it was a more expensive hotel and we would be given a suite at no charge to compensate for their mistake. I was a little disappointed because we brought our swimsuits and planned on swimming in their indoor pool at Sleep Inn and the Comfort Inn didn't have an indoor pool (they had an outdoor pool but it was too cold to swim). Our room had no pictures on the wall (just one in the bathroom) so our walls were bare. There was only one visible outlet (except for the wet areas) and this outlet was in the kitchenette area without any desk or furniture to put my phone on. I had to use a table chair. When I finally found the front desk number (not written anywhere near the phone), I noticed blood on the phone receiver. They sent someone up to clean the phone. There were NO LAMPS at all. The only lighting was recessed ceiling lights right over the beds and only on that side of the room. They had dimmer switches by the beds but it was like laying under a spotlight. We were terribly disappointed that the Sleep Inn overbooked. I know they thought they were recompensing us for the inconvenience but we absolutely did not like the Comfort Inn at all. We won't book with the Flagstaff Sleep Inn again.
