I would go again!
We had a great time the hotel was directly across from the ferry boat and the Hop on Hop off busses a short walk to The Beatles Fab Four museum. The hotel was very clean and offered a up grade for a reasonable price. Beautiful view of the river. Staff was nice hotel clean .

Simple. Lovely. Done.
Lovely place right on the water. Not too far from the main tourist areas.

Nice stay
Really nice views of the church next door and the docks. We were only able to book for two single beds but the concierge was able to change our room to a double bed when we got there which was fab. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Nice location near the docks and museums easy to walk around. Had dinner in the restaurant but wish the bar had been open instead as it was a nicer view from there. Very friendly service would stay here again.

convenient hotel unfortunately up grading
Arrived late tired, bed hard, sink 3 cracks wardrobe door didnt close properly I didnt want to spend time moving rooms but then woken at 8.35 on Sunday morning by workmen banging all the morning.I think staff should have warned us and made efforts to see that room was up to standard.

Great location.
Really great hotel in a great location. It is right near the water and close to all the docks. In the other direction, it's close to Mathew Street and all the great restaurants, night clubs, and pubs. Our room had one double bed and a roll away bed for my son. The view of the Mersey and Liver building was amazing. I wasn't expecting such a great view for the price I paid. We took a train to Liverpool and the underground to the docks area. It was a bit of a walk carting luggage, but it didn't impede on our fun. There is parking available around the corner. The staff was very helpful. We didn't eat or drink there, but it looked good.
