Overall great for the price. Main building and mody rooms were under/in process of construction but still adequate to use. Our bathroom light fixture didn’t work at all and we were offered maintenance to take a look at it but I wasn’t staying long enough to worry about it nor did I want to wait for maintenance since I had just drove 12 hours. I do wish I was aware of the construction prior to booking as none of the amenities were available including pool/laundry service therefore they weren’t offering any toiletries. So there was no towels/washcloths and one roll of toilet paper. Bedskirt had some mold on it from a previous spill that I didn’t notice until the last day and shower curtain had a rip in it but was still usable. “Neighboring” tenant had an annoying little dog that barked any time there was a noise outside but the property does allow small pets and “service animals” although it didn’t seem to behave as one but nothing the property likely could/would do about it. I definitely didn’t expect high quality for around $100 per day but given that you get a full kitchen, dining area, seating area with TV, fireplace and a very big comfy bed it was an 7/10 stay for that price. Parking was limited as there was storage containers through lot but lot seemed to fit the amount of rooms booked. Room key/reader took many many tries to actually work. Just had to keep swiping it. 12-15 times later it would blink green and unlock. Would consider staying again if on a budget.

I was not aware of this property being under construction. I had the worse experience ever I booked a king sized room upon arrival the keys were there ready for me after checking in we tried to enter the room only to find out the keys weren’t working so I asked front desk to make another one and it still didn’t work so a man who claimed to be a housekeeper had to break in our room with a crowbar. Unfortunately no other hotels in the were available so everytime we returned to the room we had to call to ask him to let us in with the crowbar. The room had no remote for the tv, no towels, the kitchen area had dirty dishes, roaches crawling on the walls as we slept, lights not working. One of their staff was so rude and unprofessional she told us we should’ve known the hotel was under construction I’ve been staying there for the past 6 years and I’ve never experienced this before after checking out I asked to speak with a manager no manager on the premises I was told to call back Thursday.

Upon checkin you are requested to sign several documents that I consider redundant. Magnetic keys were temperamental, working after several try. Room floor was sticky and smells Tobacco. Kids running on the parking lot alone at 11 pm. Swimming pool covered and none functional, grass overgrown over the property. Lack of spoon, glasses on the kitchen. Refrigerator door missing handle, door bathroom with a punch hole on it, tub got flooded.

Nothing was unique about the property. What I didn’t like was in order to get clean towels for our loft you had to be responsible for collecting them and taking them to the front desk and having to go back and pick them up. There were also several stipulations surrounding check in that you aren’t made aware until arrival that could have easily cause chaotic problems
