Good location right off the highway. Lots of food options nearby, including a Waffle House 2 doors down. They give vouchers for breakfast at the Waffle House. I stayed in one of the rooms upstairs inside the building, and I felt low-end frequencies through the floor and walls from the music blasting at the bar next door. It didn't go on too late but if I wanted to go to bed earlier it would have been a problem. The internet service was very poor late at night (after midnight). The Wi-fi signal was strong but the internet kept dropping out. I called the front desk and the receptionist said she was having the same problem. I was told that a technician would call me, but nobody did.

Awful
First of all, I am disabled, having pulmonary hypertension. I can'tell climb stairs. So what do they do? They only can give me a room that is upstairs with no elevators! Once in the room, there was an incredible musty smell that only would go away with turning the a/c all the way down to 60 degrees. The bedding was covered with hair and makeup. All of this would fall under "you get what you pay for," but the housekeeping tried to push me out of the room before check out time. They obviously don't know how to read, "Do not disturb." This situation was extremely stressful and triggered a cardiac incident for me.

I'd Stay Again
Right off interstate, some noise, not bad. Bedding nice, towels clean/newer. Toilet, sink, counters clean as was rest of room EXCEPT for mold in the shower/tub tile area. I rubbed this with wet piece of toilet paper, it did rub off. A little Clorox/scrub brush would remove this. The price was reasonable/cheap for area. I would stay again. This was my first experience through hotels.com and it was good. Really appreciate anyone's reviews because that's what I use when seeing if I can stay very economically in an area. Area doesn't get foot traffic from shopping areas/felt safe. Read complaints about Waffle House breakfast coupons, but we were provided breakfast at our meeting place and didn't use this. We eat at Waffle House, so I don't understand the problem. It was one night. BUT I will take a bottle of bathroom tub/tile Clorox cleaner with me in the future to spray the entire tub area before using--tip from a friend. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of outlets in the room, and spacious for my daughter and myself. I've traveled quite a bit and don't require high-end stays. I want to be comfortable, clean, safe. This accomplished all three with high marks except for the clean -- bathroom tile mold.Recommend you take hand wipes to clean phone, TV remote, etc as these are where germs reside. The linens fresh/clean, good condition. The pillows lumpy but there were 4, so doable. On a long trip, I take my own pillow. This was just for one night.
