Great location, free hotel shuttle, recommend!
Very convenient to the airport. Free shuttle service. Rooms are very nice for the price. Friendly staff. Be prepared to pay a $50 deposit if you book the room via Hotels.com, Expedia, etc. They will check the room at checkout and refund your deposit. Nice breakfast selection. Will stay here every time I fly out of RDU. *There’s a lot of construction in the area, but I have never had a problem since I take the shuttle to the airport.

PROS- The Shuttlebus drivers were awesome. The day shift clerk was very helpful. The room was clean. CONS- The night shift clerk when I checked in had the personality of a turnip. Charged my card on file without asking. Had me sign, gave me the room key and basically dismissed me. Didn't even tell me what the room number was, the internet access, when breakfast or check out was. I asked about the drink machine location, response- BROKE. Got up and walked away. The bathroom light didn't work. The drink machine out of order.

The bed was good. The Internet was good. The AC was good. But the facilities look to be in need of repair. Especially around the pool area and some of the public space.
