To start, I called the property early to confirm I would be good for an 11pm check in... thats when my flight landed and was advised I was ok as long as it was before 3am. When I came to check in with my husband, and infant, and a toddler there were four people at the desk and none assisted for five to ten minutes. When I finally checked in they started looking at each other and pointing at the computer and the woman was like no. I had to ask what was going on, after they started reading room numbers to check. they said they had to check and see if they had any rooms for us. That took another ten minutes. The door key, didnt work had to have assistance multiple times TV remote only turned the volume up, the agent came in and tried to help didnt have a good one One of the beds were leaning They tried to charge me 176 for sheets that they said were damaged. My toodler spilled food from their taco restaurant (not good food) the manager Fritz said damaged, I said washable then he proceeded to say I should have told the desk it was only food. In my 10+ years of hotels Ive never had to say anything about food on sheets. I took pictures and video before leaving because the whole experience felt sketchy and glad I did that was the only reason they took off the sheets. but they did charge me 27$ for the mini bar, which didnt add up to the listed prices for two juices and one water we used. The only nice thing was the valet who helped us a lot. Do not stay here.

Not bad
There was no place to store belongings before/after check out. I had an early check out but a late flight and had to carry my luggage around everywhere i went. I would’ve coordinated better had i known they didn’t offer this feature. There was also no room service, like no one to clean your room, and the first day we arrived there was a dead roach on its back in the hallway the entire day. I mean i know this is a bug city but that wasn’t very welcoming to see on a first night there. I was paranoid the rest of my stay though i will say i never saw another one. The staff is very friendly and some what accommodating, seeing as though they don’t have much to offer in resolving traveler issues.

Don’t waste your time or money.
I stayed here to celebrate my best friends bachelorette. Let me start off by saying, I am so disappointed and discouraged. First off, I get to the hotel (it smells, I am not sure why.) I go to my room the first time, there is cigarette ash on my BED that was on my pillows and bed. Secondly, my room keys did not work so when I arrived back at my room at almost 3 o’clock in the morning, I had to walk out to a different building just to locate and mortify staff. When I let the staff know that my room keys aren’t working, they tell me “ the charger is broken. I can’t help you right now, but I can keep opening your door for you..” I had no room keys, anytime I wanted my room opened. I had to walk to a different building and notify staff. In addition, when I told staff that my bed was dirty, they said that I would get a new room. The next day when I went to the front office, I had told him that I was expecting a different room only for them to tell me “oh sorry we were actually booked.” In other words, too bad for you. I am so embarrassed I took my friends to this hotel and even more upset with the poor service I received. In addition, each time that we went to the bar, the bartenders were telling us different prices for the same exact drinks we were getting before. Seems to me that they just tell you a price in the moment and you have to pay it or you don’t get it. What a mistake, lesson learned I’ll never pay to stay at this hotel again.
