Nice but disorganized
They were very friendly and kind and had great food suggestions (Mo's Diner forever). But the communication in advance and on sight was confused. One bed was old and meant to be thrown away and so we dealt with it but they offered to change it and then did not. Also had people saying my card not charged and when I called they had no idea and so I paid again. No clue if unable to communicate with each other but even the last day leaving me messages answering something I asked pre-check in. Also their ADA "room" is not and there is a weird locked door you can get the key to even get in downstairs. If I had been in a wheelchair, I could not have used it at all. But like I said, if no special needs and don't care what kind of bed - it is fine! Said free breakfast which was not true so I never would have stayed there on a budget. It is mid-remodel so I have hopes for it in the future.
