Beautiful hotel!
The room was very nice and spacious for 4 people. It was recently remodeled with a stunning design and had 3 large windows. We had a beautiful view of the lake and a nice peak of the river. The bathroom was fantastic. Iit was very large with a separate tub, shower and toilet. It was in a great location within walking distance to the river, Navy Pier and Millennium Park with a CVS right across the street for necessities .Loved this hotel!

Very Good8.0
Overall great hotel. Location is perfect walking distance to all downtown attractions. We took the train from Midway to the hotel which was also convenient. Clean and updated furnishings, no noise issues. My two complaints would be the toilet flusher is one of the public restroom handles that you usually use your foot to flush and the shower head settings. Either you were barely sprinkled with water or you had to use a gushing stream that felt like an aggressive water massage.

Zero Stars
This hotel is completely outdated, not to mention looks like it could use a deep cleaning... The room we received smelled like someone had been chain smoking all night with the windows closed. Very stuffy and more importantly didn’t feel very clean. Our remote was broken, it took 24 hours and 4 phone calls along with a walk down to the front desk, finally someone came to fix it. I had a reservation for 4 nights. The fact that I even stayed there 3/4 nights was awful. I got a refund for the 4th night and moved to the Chicago athletic club. NEVER WOULD I STAY HERE AGAIN OR RECCOMEND THIS PLACE. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.
