Great Stay
Hotel grounds are nicely kept and indoor decor is modern and clean. Check in was fast and staff were friendly. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was on the smaller side and the mattress could have been more comfortable. Our room (209) had a nice view of the lake and at breakfast we were able to get a window seat overlooking some of the grounds which was nice. Overall a great stay

Way overpriced!
The elevator kept stopping on every other floor, paid over $300 and it didn’t include breakfast. Took a $75 deposit and still charged another $16.90 for resort fees. No microwave in the room me and my husband went to Pappadeaux and wanted to warm our food up. We had to go down to the lobby and they had a little bitty microwave that you had to stand there for 30 minutes to heat up your food and our food was lukewarm at best because our takeout container barely fit inside. Plus it didn’t help coming back in the room after stopping on every floor on that broke down elevator. Hilton isn’t what it use to be especially this one.
