Fantastic Experience
I found a lot of the negative reviews to be unfounded. I'd stayed with them back in 2016, and this stay was just as enjoyable. The staff, valet, front desk and housekeeping were all lovely and attentive. My room was clean and comfy. I really need to call them and see what kind of scent they use in the lobby. It is DIVINE. I highly recommend this hotel for it's comfort, location, ease of getting in an out and affordable price.

Rustic charm
Stayed at the Old #77 for four nights. One elevator (other was broken) made it a challenge to access floors. Compare Lapin Restaurant was awesome. Thanks Nina! Rooms could be a bit cleaner...when scraps of paper on the old wood floors is still there four days after you checked in, the cleaning isn't the best. :-(

Good but could be better.
The rooms were small but well appointed and stylish. Staff was friendly, but it seemed short staffed during the evenings. Food was fantastic, but i was disappointed at getting so little for such a substantial price. I payed $30 for a curry that was presented in a meal prep container, barely filled. While there were redeeming qualities about this charming hotel, much could be improved.

When I arrived I was greeted immediately by the doormen and treated fantastic by staff while checking in! They waved down a taxi for me multiple times so I could get around the city! The room was absolutely amazing looking!! Will definitely stay here again!!!

Great place to stay
I stayed four nights and loved this hotel. It has so much character. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have an excellent restaurant and bar in the hotel. The bartenders were amazing and would make any drink you wanted. They had many options for breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again for sure.
