My check in went ok. Hannah was nice, polite. When i asked about the points an unknown employer popped in and told me im not eligibile regardless of my platinum status. My room was ok. I discovered things that lets me know it wasnt cleaned properly. I had hair in my towels in the bathroom, the floors hadnt been swept. I did bring this to the attention of the front desk but no one has contacted me. Parking is a bit of an issue. There was one guest who took 3 spaces. I told the ladu at the front desk and she was like whatever. Its dangerous behind the hotel because there is no security. Also i fou d a used condom near my car...that was nice....overall it could have been better

Great stay. Very comfortable and clean! Bathroom fixtures need securing. Bathroom sink faucet moves from side to side when turning on the faucet. The cover plates on the towel racks falls off easily.
