The stay at Sebel Civic was good. The hotel is centrally located with good transport connections. The room was clean and tidy and enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Would come back again.

There was a multicultural festival in near the hotel which meant the roads were blocked. I am disabled and taxis couldn’t get to the hotel. I had to walk two blocks with my case. The pain this created made it very difficult to enjoy my 3 night stay. The hotel were unhelpful re transport. I feel I should have been informed about the interruptions caused by the festival. My room was not serviced on Sunday and a cursory tidy on Saturday.

Comfortable bed. Coffee pods were nice but no little bikkie to go with it! Room was stuffy and air con a bit noisy. Small bathroom with small step up that I tripped on!

We liked that there was a bar/restaurant downstairs. Hotel was clean, modern. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The 2 things we didn’t like was the fact that there was minimal parking. We ended up having to park over at the Canberra centre. The beds were THE worst we’ve ever slept in. Far too soft, you sank into it. The pillows deflated as soon as your head hit it. We barely slept the whole night.
