6/10 Good

Our stay at the Westin was overall not to bad it is a very beautiful hotel when you first walk in. However I didn't like having to go around the building to park my car outside. There was extremely limited parking and we wouldn't have even got a spot if there wasn't another vehicle that made there own spot and we just parked behind them. It was very loud we ended up coming during some sort of even that was upstairs and it was live music it was right above our room so it was very loud! Then when the event had ended which was after midnight our hallway got very loud with people going to there rooms. I understand the staff can't control how drunk people get but for me and my husband we are both sober and don't like hearing obnoxious drinks going in and out of rooms because they can't figure out which room is there's. My husband and I had decided to go a higher star rated hotel because we thought they would keep that under better control. The room was nice laid out nice which is great! The beds weren't comfortable and they squeaked every time I would move to roll over I toss and turn alot in the night so yes it was extremely annoying! There shower head was really nice it looks like they just upgraded it but the hotel should definitely upgrade the tub and tile to also match the shower head because it definitely didn't go together !! Thanks for the stay but I don't think we will be back for the price we paid for the night and to get these bad experiences.
