I love this hotel, it's staff, it's rooms, it's location. I recommend it often to others!
Enjoyed it was centrally located. The staff was awesome, Carlos, Maggie, and the rest of everyone there.
Best thing about Diva hotel is a convenient location. However, reserving a king deluxe room, received a queen bed room instead, also less smaller than in the description on the website. No windows-or I guess matte windows where you can’t see anything-that’s disappointing, it’s downtown of SF, no fresh air in the room.. Bathroom is very small too, the shower needs a renovation. Heating is also very old, was working so loud, so you can hear once you sleep, and it had a bad smell, which is not good for your body. But overall, good staff at the reception.
We only stayed one night, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and there's a Starbucks connected to the lobby which was a definite plus for us!
Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the front desk. When we were checking in their system was slow but they conversares with us and gave us tips on where to go in the city.
The location of this hotel is really greasy. Service here at the front desk was pretty good, no complaints. But when I was trying to take shower in my room, the water came out of shower head was just weak, it was probably the worst shower I’ve ever had at all the hotels I’ve every stayed. Also, house keeping knocked on our room at 8:30 am was just bazaar. Don’t think I want to stay here again.
Grest location right across the street from the Curran. Funky and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free mimosas and evening champagne. Room is a.bit small but it was expected. Property is older but we love the character of the place.
purple theme and design my wife loved it. First time ever having a room with 2 levels on it
The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, though on the smaller size. The only disturbing thing is that the walls are not well insulated and therefore you hear every sound in the hallway and the upper rooms, in addition to waking up at 5am to the loud loud noise of trash cans being dragged in the back alley of the hotel (where I assume are several restaurants and therefore so many trash cans getting dragged). All in all, our stay was very good and we will use this hotel again
I didn't like that i booked there for 4 nights and everytime i entered the hotel the staff acted if i didn't belong there
