The backyard has a wooden fence for added privacy.This peaceful abode is just minutes from the famous and historic Grand Canyon Railway Station, where trains depart daily for Grand Canyon National Park. During the holiday season, the “North Pole” is accessible via the Polar Express! If you’re into golf, the Elephant Rocks Golf Course is just a 10-minute drive from this handsome home. Bearizona is only five minutes away! Williams is the “Gateway to the Grand Canyon” and this jewel of a home conveniently sits only sixty minutes from the South Rim Entrance!Just a hop, skip, and a jump away from Historic Downtown Williams and old Route 66, you’ll find quaint shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment to keep the whole family happy and entertained. Please be sure to save some time to enjoy our charming abode. The cottage is perfect for family and adult getaways, accommodating up to ten people. There are three queen-sized beds, a bunk bed set with full beds (sleeps 4), and a queen size air mattress.As you enter through the front door, you will appreciate the airy and open living area, with couches and Smart TV. There is plenty of room to relax and watch a movie or simply enjoy some quality time with family and friends.If you enjoy cooking, there is a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar (seats 2). The counter-tops are unfinished granite and flow beautifully with the upgraded, wood cabinets. The kitchen is well stocked! You’ll find a four-burner gas range, standard coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, crockpot, and knife set.All bedrooms are warm, comfortable and inviting with tasteful décor.The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The master bathroom is well appointed with a walk-in shower tiled shower. Both the master bathroom and closet are accessible by sliding barn-style doors.The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a closet.A third bedroom is equipped with full over full bunk bed set (sleeps four) and a closet.The fourth bedroom and loft are located upstairs, with great views of the Bill Williams Mountains. The loft is a great space to put the queen air mattress, if needed.The guest bathroom has a shower-tub combo and a vanity and is located on the first floor.There are board games available for your enjoyment.There is parking for two cars on the driveway, with additional parking available on the street.Pets are considered, however we asked that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. The yard is fenced and there is a doggy door in the kitchen area. We allow one small to medium size dog. No vicious breeds. No other pets are permitted without Manager approval.We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests.
