I booked 4 single rooms, all at the same price. The two rooms downstairs were large, well decorated and well maintained. Of the 2 rooms upstairs, one was literally half the size of the rooms downstairs and the other only slightly larger; not only that but the curtains were falling off the rails and even then what was left hanging was see through- they were very poorly maintained. When I asked the owner how he can charge the same price for the rooms downstairs when they were so much more spacious and better decorated and maintained than the rooms upstairs, rather than apologising, he quite simply told me "I never put the size of the rooms down in the desciption". I would not recommend this place, despite it's good location, because of the owner's deception.
