Great place somewhat outdated all electrical sockets should be replaced TV could be a lot bigger beds definitely need to be replaced due to the springs popping out and giving back problems showers could definitely be renovated a lot more fancier after all it is the Sheraton Crescent Hotel also lost room keys inside card holder along with breakfast vouchers which was refused replacement definitely could use a new method I'm keeping track of who gets complimentary breakfast and who doesn't but if you can make it through and see past all that it is a wonderful place nice water park excellent food at their restaurant great drinks from the bar oh yeah also need to replace ice buckets due to very poor made handles which caused the ice to fall all over as it fell apart while walking back to my room

Snowy TV
The room was comfortable and roomy. Didnt care for the view out the window. Had a view of the top of the roof. Had some issues with the TV. Bought to the attention of the front desk. They sent a technician and was very quick about it. TV was ok for a while but had snowy lines on the screen and still had some issues.

Amazing hotel
We stayed on the Club Lounge Floor. Hubby was there for business, but the family went, I had never been to Phoenix. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, food was great. The lounge had some repairs that needed to be done. Beds were a little small for the price you pay. Pillows were really comfy. Overall it was an amazing hotel, staff was on its A game. We will definitely be staying there again. Oh and the view was absolutely AMAZING!!!
