Disappointing
Booked for the airport access. The shuttle drivers were very nice. I had called ahead and was told the bar was open, however It wasn't at 9:45 pm. Found only one set of towels in the king bed room booked for two people. At first was told by night clerk that they don't give out towels after ten pm. I explained we had just checked in, and she gave me another set. Returned to the room to find the TV reception was terrible and made it useless. Went back downstairs and were informed that all the TVs are like that. Bed was comfortable and shower had plenty of hot water. Breakfast was as expected. Coffee with waffles or toast. I just expected a better experience at a Ramada hotel

My keys wouldn’t work two out of the three days I stayed. One night I had to sleep in the lobby because my keys didn’t work, and there was no front desk attendant.

Great location with lots of food options around. Perfect for overnight trip. Customer service is very good. The shuttle to and from the airport is not 24/7; only runs certain times of the day. On arrival there was no shuttle to pick me up from the airport at 11:30am, so I had to take Lyft. Once I arrived at the hotel, the representative was very accommodating. The shuttle the next morning left 25 mins past what my schedule departure time was; luckily I booked it to leave the hotel earlier than my schedule time to factor in something going wrong; glad I did. This property is great for overnight; it provided what I needed; great value, clean room, good location, great customer service and basic breakfast options which were okay with my (there’s literally a breakfast restaurant in the parking lot). I would stay here again for an overnight if I needed to.

Extremely filthy, stayed 4 nights they dont clean rooms. If you have garbage you leave it in hallway. There is mold carpets in room full of stains door had sticky stuff all over mattress was disgusting. Clearly i wont be back.

Do better!
We were there from Friday until Sunday and they never came to clean the room even after we asked. Never brought towels up, we had to go down twice and asked for towels, it only had 1 face towels. The continental breakfast was bare, no eggs, or meat it was scarce, not what I was use to. The tv was horrible.

It was okay till we go to their breakfast area. Too small for all the guest. It needs improvement. The management seems don’t have any idea. We stay there for 2 weeks. The breakfast served is always the same.
