Nice hotel boring/cold stuff
Nice new hotel but besides that nothing in the hotel in terms of people working gave you the feeling that you’re at 5 star hotel. No information about the hotel facilities , no information about the city and what to do/see.

We liked the location. What we did not like: they gave us a handicapped room and we did not request one, terrible bathroom set-up. At night between 3 and 4 AM every night the trash pickup come by the outside of our room and it sounds like a bulldozer and it's impossible to get a good night sleep. I mentioned it to the reception but they did not care, no response.
