Nice big apartments, probably should have security
Very large modern apartments in the warehouse district. Very walkable to the French Quarter (although we're Canadian so we don't mind walking, can't comment on if it's "American Walkable"). Price was excellent. Close to St Charles trams to take you up town or downtown. Right next to the beautiful new World War 2 museum. A few trendy restaurants line Magazine Street near here on the way to the French Quarter.
Without going into too much detail about the safety of the area etc, there should be 24 hour on site security. I'll just leave it at that.
Overall I would say this is really great value within a reasonable distance from the French Quarter.

Too noisy in apartment, a bad location communication was horrible. And I had to pay $30 a day for parking and couldn’t move my car

Close to Convention Center
The location was great as it was within walking distance of the convention center. The apartment itself was great, it had everything we needed, beds comfortable, and a full kitchen. The tub didn’t drain well during showers but that was our only complaint.

Great to have this much space for the price. Nice place, hardwood floors, workable kitchen. TV system could have been better — no batteries in remote and it took a while to figure out. Code didn’t work when we got there and we had to wait a while for them to come and reset it. Good overall though - would use them again.
