    We stayed in a beautiful room with the club bar amenities which are great. Lovely staff. Everyone is so nice here. The breakfast buffet was excellent also. We will be back again soon.

    Snobbish Stay

    I remained surprised since our arrival because as I imagined, the hotel has the feel of a luxurious elegant property but some aspects of it made the stay somewhat uncertain. The check in process was quite long and certainly not welcoming. Then we arrived at our rooms followed by the valet master with our luggage who quickly dropped out suitcases and left without any explanation of room features whatsoever. The room had a mild moldy smell which was later relieved by lowering the a/c temp. Mini bar refrigerator is kept at warm or room temperature setting. The shower’s pressure was so good that made the handheld shower hose bounce all over the place so we had to physically hold it to take showers and unfortunately the water running through the hotel’s plumbing can be easily heard so I imagine one can get used to it. There was never a concierge available to discuss anything either unfortunately. But I must mention that (additionally paid) breakfast was excellently staffed and food choices were extensive and delicious. Location is great and beautiful building. All in all the location and the breakfast made up for the rest!!
