The hotel was awesome clean pretty and affordable! Location was great not far to many things in the area The staff was awesome ! My one complaint was breakfast! It was horrible the toaster don't work the round scrambled egg patties sucked the sausage was cold ! I would've liked to have seen some cheese slices available ! A working toaster maybe chocolate milk! Some variety ! Other than that it was great !

A Night Divine
I enjoyed my stay very much. I was particularly impressed by the option to self check in up to 24 hours early by email however I don't know how much time it really saved. LOL! The General Manager working the front desk at check in was very polite even after dealing with the guest before me that was on his cellular phone the entire time. That annoyed me and I could barely contain my feelings. She was patient and professional. Once I received my keys, I disinfected the space to my comfort level. I did notice that the comforter had a little makeup on it. A spot cleaning handled that. The couch had food crumbs and lots of hair on it, nothing a good vacuuming couldn't handle so we opted not to use it for the one night. The bathroom was clean as was the full kitchen and refrigerator. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby. My partner made use of the TV. He was quiet so I'm assuming it was just fine. I enjoyed the continental breakfast offering as well. It was a treat to have a hotel ACTUALLY serving breakfast for a change. My only suggestion would be softer towels. The bath towels were pretty rough other than that I enjoyed my brief stay and will definitely be back.

Disappointing
Was not impressed Stayed 3 nights was not expecting anything fancy but the room was a suite and for 3 adults When we arrived we had to go to the desk to get the bedding for the pullout no biggie but we stated there would be 3 adults and expected the room would have what we needed It said if you want to be eco friendly just hang your towels. The next morning had to get more towels because of 3 people again went to the desk got the towels left for the afternoon and the towels we hung up were gone but room wasn’t cleaned but the towels were gone another trip to the desk for towels Found clothes left in a drawer tell desk and they gave us trash bags to put the clothes in was expecting someone to come and get them not do it ourselves 3 rooms cleaned in the hallway we were in and the trash and towels etc were left in the hall for about 24 hours I will say the breakfasts were good but would not stay there again

Nice stay, would definitely stay again!
Our stay was great and would stay again. Clean and comfortable great amenities in room. The only downfall was free breakfast and the overflowing trash cans, coffee goes empty alot and have to ask someone to replenish. And replenish the food as well. On Saturday we got rubbery hard boiled eggs and chewy bacon. But when I found out there was only 1 lady trying to do a 3 person job, I totally understood. The way things are today, no one wants to work! I felt really bad for her. The manager who was the front desk person, came out to help her. While he was doing that, (even with a sign “be right back” A rude person was pounding on the bell! They definitely need more staff.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights this past weekend. Room was ok. Wall to wall carpet which I hate because it's a bacteria trap. I called the front desk and requested for them to clean our room because we were going to be gone all day. We wanted to come back to a clean and tidy room. Front desk clerk said, " we only clean our hotel rooms every 3 days." First off, what the hell? Why? I paid full price for 2 nights and was denied a room cleaning. Complete BS. We came back from being gone all day to beds unmade, no clean towels, carpets not vacuumed. Hotel wants to cut corners by not paying housekeeping to clean rooms daily, but wants to charge you full price for their rooms. Rip off. I also need to mention the hotel is in a rough part of town. The Walmart next door has a bunch of low life thugs shopping in it and we saw the cops and fire department there twice the 2 nights were there. I'd avoid this hotel. Don't appreciate the cheap tactics to make excuses to not clean rooms. That's their job and that's what you pay for! Never coming back.
