Rude.
Honestly, this place was very flawed. I had changed my reservation to include an extra night before I arrived and they made it seem like I was rude for arriving without a reservation, even though i had the hotels.com reservation in my hand. They were just rude. Also, a resort fee for a basement gym the size of a cubicle is stupid. Hotel was fine and comfy -- if my experience with the staff had been better I would consider coming again but no thank you.

Nice, clean, great part of town
I travelled alone with a baby for medical treatment in the area and needed to stay one night. The men working up front were SO nice and very helpful. Brendan's restaurant was pricey, but good and I appreciated not even having to go outside to eat. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable but the pillows were a bit fuller than I like, and the bath products were decent. The area of town was fantastic. The doors out in the hall do slam and the radiator makes some funky noises so if you are super sensitive to sounds that may bother you. The tv channels were a bit limited and had static/snow on many of them. I had heard about a daily surcharge for wifi and water so i knew going into it but it was still annoying. I'd heard the rooms could get hot, but we encountered a snowstorm while there so the temp was fine as-is for me. Ultimately, the Gregory booked up overnight and my flight got cancelled due to storms so I had to stay an additional two nights elsewhere, and ended up at the Hilton Garden inn across the street. I have to admit the hilton was more comfortable, but it was also $100 per night more expensive (though it was only $72 more expensive when you consider the daily wifi charge...).
