Room nice, property not so nice.
Room was clean, bed comfy, AC/heater worked well. Property is old. Elegant at one point in time. Outside doors leading into property are unlocked. No amenities like breakfast or computer access. Price was nice. I would stay again IF the outside doors required keys to enter.

Lady was horrible, but man was pleasent.
The check-in process went well. The room was dirty so I called the front desk to be hung up on. After 4 attempts to speak to the front desk I realized my toilet wouldnt flush and my tv wouldnt turn on. I tried calling from my cell phone to see if maybe it was the rooms phone having issues, but it was indeed the woman at the front desk having a serious attitude. She yelled at me and argued my request for a new room. We waited till the next shift to arrive to handle our issue to avoid further confrentation. The man who followed up was pleasent and very helpful.

Great inexpensive hotel
We stayed here for Thanksgiving while visiting family. Not sure what to expect, but the cost was good since all we do is sleep and change clothes at the hotel. The hotel isn't the Hilton but it's nice and it had very nice people working their Thanksgiving holiday. It was clean and exceeded our expectations for the price. So we will look at staying there again in the future.

Left Early
The receptionist and people that we met were very helpful and kind. There are a few things however that I should mention about this hotel. This is an older property and some things just have not been updated. The room we received looked like that it had been updated and was comfortable. This hotel does not have any extras. For example there is no breakfast, no hair dryer and most exasperating is that the internet is basically unusable. It works but it is so slow that most things will not run on it. We booked our stay for 6 nights and only stayed for 4 days because on the 5th day there was no hot water. They did get that fixed but too late for us to use it. So we checked out and went to another hotel. I think they are working to upgrade things but it looks like it has a ways to go.

Older, affordable hotel
This is an older hotel, but there are upgrades in place. Our room was pretty bare-bones (the minimum of what you expect at a hotel- towels, shampoo, soap) but VERY clean. We walked around bare-footed and there was nothing on our feet, and the super comfortable bed had bright white linens. The first room we were given was adjoining, but the staff quickly and courteously moved us to a non-adjoining room upon our request. Overall, a nice stay at an excellent price!
