The front desk seemed genuinely annoyed to have to come out of the back room to check us in and we could him hear him swearing when he had to come back out to give us bedding for the pull out sofa bed because there wasn’t any in the room. The pool was closed, would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Carpets were filthy. The pipes in the shower made a high pitch shrieking noise and barely had any water pressure. “Continental” breakfast was less than impressive. Our TV didn’t have a remote so we had to figure out how to even turn it on or just not use it. The only positive thing about this experience was the comfy bed.
