The Cascades Restaurant and Lounge specializes in continental cuisine with a regional flair. Colorado game takes culinary center stage, where during warmer months, guests can dine on the outdoor patio adjacent to a playful waterfall. Room service is available during limited hours.

The four-story Stanley Hotel offers 140 guestrooms that range from historic to classic, and from suites to villas. The Presidential Cottage features five sleeping rooms, a kitchenette, dining and living room areas, and a private deck that captures unbridled views of the Rockies. Stanley Hotel, Estes Park
We got several insect bites both nights we stayed in a hotel. It was quite frustrating because we never saw anything but we had welts all over so the next day. We stayed in room 319 and I would definitely avoid that room. But the history the hotel was fun

Stanley Hotel, Estes Park
Meh.... but gorgeous.
It’s a historic hotel. It’s not supposed to have to have all the modern amenities, but for the exorbitant price, I’d expect a little more. Even Hotel 6 gives you a danish and coffee in the morning..... If we’re paying so much for a historic hotel with 100 year old plumbing, why not allow guests to enjoy the tours at a better discount, or free even. Gorgeous property, though.

Great character but certainly not worth the price. Rooms in need of updating.
