Go ONLY for the cityhall clocktower’s chime….
- we had called in advance to make sure that we could have the room at noon as we had a short turnaround time before our next formal appointment… it wasn’t ready. - staff siting that previous guest wouldn’t leave on time (??) (not really next guest’s problem) - the room (745) was a top floor room under the roof, with all the windows being one layer and totally uninsulated (we could feel the wind in the room ??) - not being insulated, one could enjoy the cityhall clocktower chime EVERY 15 minutes …. Fuuucking hell….. - no … this was not a Grand experience at all…

Beautiful place and comfy room but 40 minute wait for breakfast, rude Spa staff which you can't use and a rooftop bar which is not available to guests because it's open to public and fully booked all the time. 5 star hotel with 1 star service for its actual guests. Poor value for money.
