grand hotel, please don’t get complacent
They actually had 3 strikes during my stay, which is too many for the hotel of this class. however hey did handle them with a smile, and we’re generally helpful, so I can not be too angry at them. after all, the location is great, the beds are great, and they smile.

Trip to see family
Beautiful hotel & rooms. The roof top bar was great for a drink. Our room had a great street view. Be prepared for noise! A lot. The city goes to sleep late

Unfortunately not service oriented at all. I guess due to lack of international hotel chains in the city of Oslo they don't feel the need to take better care of customers. Would definitely not recommend it and rather stay at a cheaper place.
