Great location. Front desk were excellent and helpful. The only negative feedback was pool under renovation but we still had to pay a fee per day. Coffee machine was broken the whole time.

Great boutique hotel in one of the best locations.
The Cromwell is a very nice property with a great location. It's a smaller boutique hotel, so it doesn't have many of the amenities you would expect from the other resort casinos, although you do get access to the amenities at Cesar's Palace, which is just a walking bridge away. We moved to this hotel from TI because the bed and pillows at TI are HORRIBLE and Cromwell was supposed to have feather pillows (not many on the strip do anymore). Turned out that Cromwell did NOT have feather pillows, but management had some brought over from Cesar's. Thank you Jenny! BTW, I just ordered those pillows, they are REALLY comfortable! I really like this hotel. It's clean and comfortable, easy to get around in, and they still have double deck blackjack. My only negative comments would be that the pool is and club are not owned or operated by The Cromwell. They are a zoo (think spring break in Miami), which is great if you're single and looking for sloppy fun. There is a slight noise problem because of the club. If you're bass sensitive at 2am, you might want to consider a different hotel. Although, they did move us to a room farther from the club, and it was tolerable. All-in-all, I would definitely stay here again.

    Great concept, fails to perform
Hotel did not honor our 20 a day breakfast credit. Really shady guys. Put us under the night club which went till 4am every night. The entire floor smelled of marijuana the whole stay. Great frat boy hotel but not good for anyone over 25. First time I have ever given a bad review on :-(

Over all great experience. Definitely a far different vibe than most of the other high end hotels on the strip that are more light and airy.

Looks beautiful but it's a motel
I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compeled to warn others. Although this hotel is listed as a new hotel (built 4 years ago); it is actually the old Bill's Gambling Hall. They have done a nice job of remodeling the facade, for instance, the room look beautiful in pictures. However, they have not touched the structure of the building, as a result you have paper thin wall and the old pluming. The wall are so thin that are room was shaking all night from the music down below. Not only that we heard every toilet flush on our floor. Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures.
