It was a great room close to the Deep Ellum. It was a very nice atmosphere and fairly classy. However, as a vegan family, there were barely any food options or snacks. They definitely did not provide any gluten-free or plant-based food options. This was very disappointing (we have severe allergies) and I honestly expected more options being so close to the arts district. They also charge around $15/day for wifi. Seriously, in 2022 you're still charging for Wifi? I think there are better ways to subsidize your tech costs besides having your guests pay for wifi. I would stay again if I had to, but I would rather explore more updated and accomodating venues.

The hotel was beautiful, the stay was great. Right from the jump we were upgraded to a bigger suite because our room was not ready and upon opening the door to our room the views and hotel itself was amazing. The staff was great, the bellman was awesome and the valet were quick and nice!

Fairmont hotel is in a great location downtown, valet parking is great. Now to the room, we could not sleep all night becquse there was a rattling noise coming from the roof. We called down at 3am because there was just no sleeping. Person came up and said it’s the kitchen exhaust line. And that they could turn it off but it would turn back on around 8. Well, it turned back on around 6:45. Which means what was supposed to be a relaxed hotel stay ment 3 hours of sleep. Upon checkout they let us know “there was nothing they could do” and if we would like for them to get us Starbucks. Anyways, if you’re staying run from room 1810.

Friendly, good food, nice ambient. The only bad side is that they charged for wifi.

Our stay was fine, but the lobby smells like they sprayed so much room freshener they are just trying to mask a smell. My husband had to wear a mask through there because the smell was giving him headaches. We got to our room and it was pretty small. There was also dust EVERYWHERE! The table the snacks on the dresser were covered in dust. No way someone will want to buy them. Allergies starting acting up after maybe 5 mins of being in our room. We didn’t stay much time in there as we were out and about or would have mentioned to management. The beds were comfortable. Parking was expensive but I guess worth it as many times as they had to bring our car around for us. The valet guys were all helpful and check in was nice also.

The hotel location is excellent. Staff very friendly. Room was clean. We found the beds a little uncomfortable. We could hear "street racing" late in the evening until 4:00 am or so. We were on the 16th floor.

We have stayed at the Fairmont a few times over the years and have ways been pleased with our accommodations. It’s in a great location and everything is clean and well-kept. Would definitely recommend to anyone with an event in Dallas.
