Very nice hotel in good location. Great view with large balcony. Service was disappointing with a long queue at check in and lift had broken when checking out so had to carry suitcase down 7 flights, with little in the way of apology from staff.

great stay
Really I need to rate this hotel, the people who work there make a great difference. We came after driving five hours a little bit stressed and they help us with everything and gave us a beautiful room because we had lots of luggage. The car in that area is a problem but all worked perfect. Every minute of our stay they tried to make us feel great. Trough them we booked a transfer to the airport. Rooms are impeccable ,bathroom modern and clean, comfortable bed a pillows . Big tv. If you need to be close to the center in Madrid ,this hotel is a perfect choice.

Comfortable with a great location
Room was . The hotel location is a great base for accessing most of what Madrid has to offer. There are restaurants, bars and coffee shops right outside and it's a short stroll to the main shopping streets and market. Our water was replenished each day which was great for bringing around on our travels. The rainfall shower was amazing but the bathroom door design wasn't the best, it's clear glass with a pattern across the middle so it was possible to see into the bathroom when it's in use which was not ideal.

A great located little hotel for a weekend in Madrid. The concierge was friendly, room was comfortable enough, and we were able to check in earlier than planned. Really like the style of the bathroom, but the toilet might be a bit impractical for anyone a bit larger, as it’s hidden in a nook. Nothing major, but did notice that the wallpaper on my window sill was starting the peel. Unsure if that’s also happening in other rooms, but will need sorting before it gets any worse.
