Old and unpleasant stay!!
We booked a 2night stay and needed to extend for one more night. They quoted us $140 a night when Expedia was $68 a night. Total rip off!!! We stayed at the Ibis Hotel instead..which was recommended to us by some locals. The Hotel is nothing like the pictures you see online. I asked for a king bed, high floor and got neither ....OK so we get to the room the reading lamp is broken, the bath tub is chipping off, the sink and tub are clogged, the sliding door to what is supposed to be a balcony is broken and doesn't close shut which is also right on the street side. The woman at the desk was extremely unfriendly and unpleasant to speak with...the Bell man was very helpful and attentive to all guests. It's a very very old Hotel and the new owners have not done any maintenance on it whatsoever....would not recommend this Hotel!

the culture at casablanca is totaly different than brazilian... the hotel is great, but the beach is a litlle durty, and the service could be betther... I was at a surf contest, and the hotel has a good location.

Location is great, right by the ocean. Breakfast was very good also. Rooms were old and worn out. Parking is secure.

Casablanca LeLido Thalasso is NOT A PLEASANT HOTEL
I regret to state that we were heavily disappointed. Service staff was not much cooperative (except for doorman & bellboys). Room that was given to us was on ground floor and was in deplorable condition. As I entered, I found the room full of stink. There was water at entrance door and in bath room floor with dirty steps all over. Window door lock was not functioning. Tap water was full of rust, despite running water for several minutes. Hot/cold water convention was wrong. Shower worked funny, as you open the tap, shower starts moving, sprinkling water all over the bathroom. I captured photos, in case you need them, as evidence to my complaint. I tried to call the reception, however, after attempting a dozen time, I decided to go to reception in person, however, staff was not very friendly. They sent maintenance staff, however, they fixed half of the matter, only temporarily & next day it started behaving the same again. Also, I made a request to change the room for me, however, no one contacted me again until I left the hotel on 2Jan'16. I feel that hotel staff needs a great deal of customer oriented training, and hotel needs a huge maintenance in order to be rated 3-4 stars rank. In sum, I would not recommend this location to any of my friends and family, despite the fact that the hotel/property is located at a prime location
