First issue:
I booked online (Expedia). There was no mention about the pool under repair, and couldn't use.
I did not find this out until my arrival.
I expected a discount, but was told no.
Next Issue:
Visible dust on headboard.
Walls around sink and trash can dirty.
Toilet seat broken.
I had to fight in order to get more than two coffee pods.
Third Issue:
Two days before arriving, I tried to find out if there would be a microwave in my room.
I mistakenly called corporate main number twice. They were not at all helpful.
It was a simple question but they couldn't answer it.
After asking repeatedly what my name was, and where I was staying, I gave up in frustration.
Also, I'm sure you have some customers of Indian ethnicity stay with you, I'm not one of them.
Trying to understand what they're trying to say is a test of any normal persons patience and tolerance.
