Fair 4.0
Room was on the first floor where pedestrians could look inside the room. We had to keep the curtain closed at all times, meaning no sunlight nor view at all. Also, at times could hear lobby staffs' conversations and sound from lobby cafe kitchen. Room itself wasn't a problem per se. It was the first floor location that was a problem.

Exceptional 10.0
Nice, France excellent hotel value
I'm in a wheelchair and require a accessible room. The room was perfect for me with a large roll in shower and easy access. Located in the center of Nice just 2 blocks from the Mediterranean beaches, a walkable distance to old town but also close to major bus routes. We took the breakfast included option and I could have stayed at breakfast all day eating croissants with Nutella. The staff were exceptionally nice and easy to deal with and I highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional 10.0
Beautiful and centered close to delicious restaurants and the beach. The staff was very helpful and super courteous. Rooms decor was Art Deco and quite charming. We had a terrific time and would stay and recommend it to others. Great location.

Very Good 8.0
Great location and stay
Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff and very easy to get to from the train station. Only complaint is I'm not sure the heat was working properly. It was very cold and we told the front desk. They did turn it up as high as possible but still didn't seem to become overly hot. Overall, the room was great and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Good 6.0
Nice with few hiccups
When we arrived there was a big chaos at the reception due to a false fire alarm, and apparently the Guests already staying wanted the Hotel Admin to call fire services to ensure if everything was fine. It delayed our check-in, anyways this can happen in such situation, well understood. We booked a family room with Kitchenette, but to our surprise the cupboard with plates and pan was locked with a chain (what a ridiculous way!), and when I went to the reception they told me that it costs EUR 30/per stay to have the access. Although it was not mentioned any where when I booked, I agreed to pay with protest (gladly to be reimbursed from, but now the key was not to be found and they had to break it open after a considerable delay. The WiFi didnt work, and the notice on display read that it was hacked. The size of the family room is a little less then apt but OK, although there is an Almirah, there is no space/stools to open the luggage and it becomes very clustered even with small pieces of luggage. The location is two blocks from the sea shore, still for my next visit, I will prefer staying closer to the Old town, individual preference indeed. As said in various other reviews, the breakfast is very basic, the breakfast room is very small actually, a bar with couches (not ideal to sit and eat), it merges with the reception area. The guys at the reception during the night shift was very kind, and so was the guy in the breakfast room.
