This hotel has great potential; however, its cleanliness is extremely poor. The staff is often too occupied chatting among themselves to help guests. On the positive side, the restaurant is exceptionally clean and the food and staff are fantastic. I urge management to check behind the doors, behind the beds, and clean the sinks. I have stayed here multiple times for business, but this will be my last visit due to the inadequate cleanliness and service.

The front desk assigned us the worst room in the hotel, small and the heater/thermostat was screwed up. We complained and got a much nicer room in the other tower. The room keys didn't work, tried a second set, didn't work, however the maintenance man finally came with room keys that worked fine. On the 7th floor with a great view of the Alaska mountain range. There was mold in the shower, we asked that it be cleaned up, but they never did. The TV stopped working properly, the DISH feed was intermittent. However, all of the staff was great except the person that assigned up the rotten room. One of the worst places I've ever stayed.
