Somewhat overrated
Central location. Near most of tourist attractions. Subway/light rail near by. That’s it. All good thing about this hotel is the location. Despite the busy location. The room is actually quiet. The room is somewhat outdated, and fairly small. It did not meet my expectations. The bed was small and hard. The rest room was very basic. You have to sacrifice comfort in exchange for the location. I’m little disappointed.

Absolute gem of a hotel, worth every HUF
Do yourself a huge favour and look no further for a city break or conference venue. This is a modern, friendly hotel in a great location in the heart of Budapest. The tram station is nearby as is a metro station. The facilities are excellent, great bar area, lovely fresh breakfast, comfortable rooms and bathrooms with excellent showers. I was delighted with my heated towel rail, my outer clothing having been drenched waiting in line for the New York Cafe! The best part though is the staff who could not be more welcoming and helpful. I don’t think I have ever left a hotel with such a good feeling.

Great location, the hotel is opposite site of the Nyugati train station, next to the tram and metro, stores, pharmacy, few minutes walks from a shopping mall. Staff is friendly and helpfully, room was okay, nothing special, the bed was very comfortable. Standard continental breakfast, yummy pastry. It's the second time for me in this hotel, unfortunately since the first time the price got double for the room. It's very disappointing, because the service and room is the same..
