The owner/management is running some sort of scam. She's listed on almost all of the booking sites but claims to use only Airbnb. Upon arrival the is no receptionist. You must contact them in advance of your arrival time. I made the booking in the morning and arrived in the late afternoon. I didn't receive their emails until 3pm explaining their requirements. I tried calling the number listed and was told she didn't manage that property. A resident came out and i asked her to call the owner. The owner's mother showed up about an hour later and handed me her phone. The owner told me she only uses Airbnb and she refused to honor my booking, even though it was prepaid. She told me she had problems previously with Expedia and never gets paid. Expedia contacted the owner and she refused to refund my money. Expedia refused to refund my money.
