DON’T STAY HERE

Shocking experience. I’ve stayed in Manchester many times and in many different hotels but this one was the worst. The service, terrible, the staff could not be any less interested. The room, shocking, mattress felt like it was at least 50 years old. I might as well slept on the floor. The restaurant, poor, the menu was basic. I had to wait 20 minutes just to get a menu and there were only 5 other people at the time. Again the staff just were not bothered. And throughout my stay there was an overwhelming smell off cann*bis. It was so strong that it actually woke me up during my last night. Overall, don’t stay here. Safe your money and choose ANY of the other hotels in Manchester
