Great people make this hotel great
This hotel is beautiful property is beautiful. But what makes this hotel great is the people that work here. Every person I met was very friendly and happy and when I said hello they said hello back in a very friendly way. I love this hotel and the people here so much I was really sad to leave. From the lady who made my omelettes every morning to the lady who cleans the breakfast area with the beautiful earrings (oh my gosh she's so charming) to the people working behind the desk and also the people that clean the common areas. The people cleaning the rooms did an excellent job every day. Believe me I'm trying to find something to say to critique this hotel and I cannot. And I am someone who can find something wrong with anything. I'm a huge critic and I couldn't find anything wrong with this hotel. The price is right the,location is excellent,the breakfast is killer! What else could you want!!

This hotel is extremely clean. I was in and out of my room during the day and I saw the crew literally scrubbing the ceramic tile and grout in front of the elevator.

Clean and comfortable accommodations
We enjoyed our stay. It was a great location to be able to walk to all the places we wanted to go downtown and around Music row. It was clean and had a great breakfast every morning. The only complaint was having to wait for our room to be ready on checking in, and we weren’t early. We were also surprised to find there was a charge for parking.
