Great stay
The hotel itself is very clean and beautiful. Our room was very nice and clean and really really liked the Dove products available. The breakfast and hospitality were great. The only problem we had was that our key cards kept locking up on us. My husband had to go downstairs from.the 4th floor to get them reset 3 times. Overall this will now be our go to place.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The room was listed as a non-smoking room but we could still smell cigarette smoke. The room was very clean. The pool was right below our window so there was alot of outside noise.

Visiting a friend as I passed through Shreveport. Tamie was a pure delight checking me into my room. The cleaning staff were pleasant as well and their work showed. The room was emasculate. I would recommend this hotel to everyone coming through Shreveport off of I-20.
