Step it up Marriott
I am a Marriott loyalist so this review is NOT out of spite or anything like that. Overall- the hotel is OK. 10th floor hot water took FOREVER to heat up. Literally took like 20 minutes on full blast hot. Also the WiFi is AWFUL. Worked horribly if at all in room. Street noise was pretty bad. My Trademark Ho-towel rating: TOWEL (1-5, 5 is best) RATING Size 3 Soft 3 White 3 BATH Shower head strength? 3 Quality level of Toiletries? 2 COFFEE (1-no, 3-yes) Keurig? 1 Real Cream? 1 TOTAL POINTS 16 7-12 points Only if you're broke 13-17 points Run of the mill 18-22 points Pretty decent, OK to proceed 23-27 points YES.

Water and noise problems
There were some problems with this hotel for my stay. One night the water was shut off completely. The next day there was no hot water. Each day it was difficult in the shower to get water that was warm, not too hot or too cold. There is also construction across the street which is very loud very early! I wouldn’t recommend that you stay there. Front desk staff were not helpful at all during the water problems!

Great option in that area.
The stay itself was great! This will be my second stay here and I would still highly recommend it. It is a one to two minute walk to a subway stations and there is a 24H Shoppers just around the corner. The breakfasts are good and this time they even added a breakfast buffet option. I had some issues with some packages but in the end from the very helpful of the night manager I was able to receive them all. Will stay again !
