Warwick Brussels, Brussels
Bad service and WiFi. I’d stay somewhere else.
The room service people wouldn’t even pick up the phone, and it wasn’t even after hours. They just kept letting it ring and even the front desk couldn’t get ahold of them. The WiFi was so horrible that I literally couldn’t even get to my emails. The page took about two minutes to load and timed out. The WiFi was essentially unusable unless you pay the 19 euro to upgrade it.

Dated hotel facing busy street in heart of town
Very dated and old hotel in the heart of Brussels. Room was small and the bathroom had paint peeling off the walls. The hotel is in a popular part of Brussels and faces a busy street. We heard cars and people until 4AM. Menu was very limited as well - we ordered room service the first night and they got the order wrong. Bar was the highlight of the hotel. Overall a very poor experience and we travel a few month s year in Europe.
