    Staycationing at its best!
We enjoyed this quick staycation! The Jadewaters feature was great for the kids, and very affordable. My only complaint is that there was a lack of other options due to COVID such as on-site dining, spa treatments etc. Nonetheless we will definitely be back!

    Poor 2.0
    Very bad experience
Well to begin with we were checked into a dirty room, then my daughter was electrocuted by the plug from having to plug up a fan because the AC did not work, the beds were uncomfortable, I was overcharged over 700.00 for double charges and fictitious charges and now my bank account is overdrawn.

    Poor 2.0
Old Dump of filthy hotel with uncaring employees
Toilet kept running. We had to have maintenance up to our room 3 times. Despite being in a covid pandemic, there was very little sign of cleaning going on. The glass doors to the front lobby from front were filthy with fingerprint smudges. We stayed for 2 night. Our room wasn't serviced even once. Of course all restaurants/room service were not operational - which comopletely is understandable. We ordered doordash both friday and saturday night and left the empty containers outside door each night - onlly to find them on the ground outside our door each day. We rented a day bed at jade waters - and found that there was cat urine all over the cushion. There was one time that we found that there was actual cleaning going on. My wife had a whole handful of coffee and snacks that she was bringing back up from the lobby one morning. There was an open elevator with a lady mopping the elevator ground. This hotel is old - so the elevators are old-school to where if you push a button to go up - it thinks that the open one is the one you want. Thus, my wife was standing there waiting for the lady to finish. She asked the lady if she could go up the elevator and the lady rudely told her to wait. When checking out, the employee asked how my stay was and I shrugged and indicated not great. He never followed up with a why." I would never go back to this dump. Consider the Gaylor Texan if you want a weekend getaway with children at a small waterpark/pool destination.

    Terrible Experience Many Other Alternatives
I walked into my room and found black hair on the bed comforter, bathroom floor, a broken large lamp, and dated interior. This place was no better than a 1 star rated Microtel Inn etc.
    Allen, us2 night family trip
    Good 6.0
    Poor customer service
When arriving my kids plan was to swim in the indoor pool. We called ahead to confirm it was open but once we got there it wasn’t unlocked. Ok no big deal someone came open it. When booking it stated rollaway bed available but once I asked for one the front desk stated they can’t allow in the room because it was standard size. Then we go to turn on a bath and the water will not turn off. The knob is literally not doing anything. The front desk sends someone up who is not able to fix it as it will need a new knob. The front desk tells us well you can stay in that room and I’ll give you access to another bath. Umm no I don’t rent to have to move back and forth to another room and how will we sleep with the water just on. I then ask if we can move to a larger room that can use the rollaway bed since we are having all this unnecessary problems. Of course the front desk says no I can’t upgrade you. Just not what I expect from the Anatole.

    1 Night Business Trip
Room was huge and resembled a small conference room / meeting room rather than a bedroom. In fact, if you needed more floor space, the Murphy Bed could tuck nicely into the wall. Noisy due to multiple large groups present (conferences). Hotel is huge and difficult to navigate as a first time customer. Wouldn’t stay again unless I had to, although room was clean, temperature was fully customizable, staff at check-in desk were friendly.
