There was a cockroach in the bathroom . Stains and repairs on the ceilings , small sink area - tub was dirty . Wouldn’t stay there again - staff was friendly but place was quite rough

I didnt enjoy the stay.. no microwave or nowhere to keep my lunch cold

    Good 6.0
The location was good, the service very friendly and accommodating. The floors in the common spaces were dirty.. the elevator really yucky and my bathroom smelled like urine. The hotel room itself seemed clean enough.

    Good 6.0
A nice enough place. I used to stay here when working. My biggest complaint is the use of plastic cups inside of plastic bags thrown away in plastic bags. Plastic coffee trays for machine. This is an easy fix and would only cost pennies a night more to your business but would help the planet be a leader

    Exceptional 10.0
    Weekend in Boston
Management was friendly and accommodating. Great location. This is not a luxury hotel but it was clean, and comfortable. We didn’t hear any traffic either which can sometimes be an issue when staying in the city. Diagonally across from the Prudential Center. Easy access to the T and many great restaurants. Can’t beat it for the price. Will be back!
