    Nice hotel
A great, centrally located, no-frills hotel close to the MFA and Symphony Hall. Older and it shows a little, but great staff and fantastic prices. Spotless.

From Weird to Worse tk Thankful Accomadation
the Beginning of my stay began in middle December and ended on the new year. I stayed in a double room which was nice however the light above the sink went out but it wasn’t a bother. The toilet clogged towards the end of my stay in the double room. Which as a Raul of booking through another app rather than through the actual company. They were also out of rooms which they couldn’t accommodate, I figured if I booked through there they can just adjust the reservation. Which I had done before and it wasn’t an issue however that Christmas morning wasn’t the same and I had to deal with this very unprofessional manager named Carol. Carol was disrespectful and unprofessional, the day before she had the front desk girl wait a really long time to assist me and thay next day she was worse, she didn’t greet me nor any other guest as she came out and went back in and then she came back loudly asking the employee if she had told me what the deal was. Carol loudly began to say that there’s nothing she can do and how she can’t accommodate but not before berating me ina way that made me feel uncomfortable. When I tried to speak she would interject , and she continued to keep cutting me off and even had moments of laughter. I exclaimed to her that customer service isn’t a place for her if she feels being loud and abrasive is the way to solve her issues. She spent a lot of our conversation smirking and not really hearing what I had to stay which left a bad taste in my mouth.#ThankGod4Mark
