Great spot in the heart of it all
Great stay, but short. Close to everything you could want, so easy to get to and right off the Piccadilly line. I'd definitely stay here again.

Overrated hotel, not worth your stay
While a good location, this hotel has sub-par rooms and sub-par facilities. The decor is worn and dated, the bathrooms are cramped and the bed is uncomfortable. At least the A/C worked. If I was staying longer than 1 night I’d rebook elsewhere.

We stayed for 2 nights and the room was extremely small and hard to maneuver around in. We traveled and returned for one night and the room was so much better. Both rooms were under the same room type. Great area with lots of options. Front desk did everything they could to get us checked in early. Overall my wife and I were happy with our stay.
