Hotel Tritone, Rome
Loud Night Manager
Generally a poor overall experience. The room was OK but a little out of date. The breakfast was good. But the WiFi would only connect in the lobby or in the breakfast room on the top floor. The desk manager apologized and said he'd tell tech support but it wouldn't be resolved during my stay. This was a hassle but I worked around it. The real issue was with the night manager. As I was using the WiFi in the lobby it was shift change and he and the outgoing desk manager had a very loud "discussion". I'm not sure what it was about but it was disruptive. Later that night the same night manage was yelling in the phone for over 20 minutes at 1AM. It was so loud he had woken me up in my room. I went down to let him know to keep it down and he said "it didn't matter" and proceeded to go outside to have a cigarette. Not exactly 5 star treatment.

Nice Hotel with Friendly Staff
I was highly impressed with Hotel Tritone. Staff was very professional and friendly. The beds are extremely comfortable and they have a nice breakfast that is included with the stay. It is located by the Trevi Fountain and is a great spot if you're visiting for the sights.
