This is an excellent hotel, conveniently located around the corner from Trevi Fountain and a very short walk from the Hop on Hop Off bus. Service was outstanding. Very good, reliable elevator and breakfast was very good. Early staff is so helpful. Evening desk man far less friendly. Only disappointment was that hotel advertising states there is s rooftop deck. It fails to mention that the rooftop terrace is only open for breakfast! Overall, we loved it and would certainly stay there again.

Loud Night Manager
Generally a poor overall experience. The room was OK but a little out of date. The breakfast was good. But the WiFi would only connect in the lobby or in the breakfast room on the top floor. The desk manager apologized and said he'd tell tech support but it wouldn't be resolved during my stay. This was a hassle but I worked around it. The real issue was with the night manager. As I was using the WiFi in the lobby it was shift change and he and the outgoing desk manager had a very loud "discussion". I'm not sure what it was about but it was disruptive. Later that night the same night manage was yelling in the phone for over 20 minutes at 1AM. It was so loud he had woken me up in my room. I went down to let him know to keep it down and he said "it didn't matter" and proceeded to go outside to have a cigarette. Not exactly 5 star treatment.
