Great location and comfort
Great location in Chinatown (though still nice and quiet - had a great night's sleep - helped also by the super comfortable beds). Large and well-equipped rooms and bathrooms. All very clean. Friendly staff. The Irish bar/restaurant next door is excellent! All in all, very impressed. The only disappointment was breakfast: the food is good, but it's served in quite a cramped lobby space (e.g., you have to squeeze behind an armchair to get to the coffee) and there's no proper crockery/cutlery. Just paper and plastic that all gets thrown in the trash; not very pleasant or eco-friendly.

Great Staff
We had a well above average hotel service experience. I believe Robert was the one who checked us in and was above and beyond in friendliness and allowing us an early check-in after a long over-night trip. That saved our day. The entire staff was upbeat, helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast staff. Thank you for hiring and training well.

Good but...
The breakfast was good. The hotel is clean. It doesn't service your room each day which the do tell you. There are also charges for incidentals whic they dont tell you. I noticed when i signed in. Finally parking is 56 with another 10$ in taxes. Its absurd. For these reasons i give a 4 /5.

Location was near the event that we were attending, which only was a 10 min walk. Rooms were clean and had the necessities needed for our stay. Only issue was having to use all the pillows supplied to be comfortable while we slept, but staff was courteous and answered any questions we had during our stay. Would stay here again for any other upcoming events in the area.
